Following up on the Business Coaching/EDS in Kabul, we have completed the EDS training for WHH Balkh staff and partner organizations.
This program was intended to develop business coaches so that they may support the owners and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises in becoming more productive and sustainable.
SIYB-Afghanistan has the honor to announce the completion of Business Coaching/EDS training for WHH (Welthungerhilfe) staff and partner organization in Kabul.
The quality of experience for the creation of jobs and being able to sustain new businesses need another supporting factor; business coaching can provide this for entrepreneurship in general and for the aspiring entrepreneur. Coaching aims to help those who desire more awareness of entrepreneurship development and can act as a guiding principle for the management of good working practices.
A New Partnership!
SIYB-Afghanistan signed a joint project contract with WHH to providing business start-ups and EDS (Enterprise Development Service) training to WHH clients. The proposed training in business management will bring relevant skills to strengthen coping mechanisms and instill a business approach to operating small businesses.
